Physical Printed Artworks – Return & Refund Policy

At Axis Art Shop, each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
We are committed to delivering high-quality physical artworks to our customers around the world.
Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

Because each artwork is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incompatibility with interior decor

  • Preference for different colors or framing after order placement

We encourage you to carefully review all product details, sizing information, and images prior to placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer replacements or refunds only if:

  • Your artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

  • You receive an incorrect item (wrong design, wrong size, wrong product).

  • There is a manufacturing defect affecting the quality of the print.

Reporting a Problem

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@axisartshop.com.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or error (including the packaging if applicable)

Resolution Options

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement of the item

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

  • A store credit for a future purchase

Axis Shop L.L.C reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the evidence provided.

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be in original condition and not altered or modified in any way.

  • We may request that damaged products be returned to us or disposed of in certain cases (we will provide instructions if required).

  • Refunds are issued only after verification of the claim.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

Please note for international orders:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

  • Refunds for international orders will be subject to the same terms regarding damage, defects, or errors.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
