We currently ship to a wide range of countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and selected international destinations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
Note:
Axis Art Shop reserves the right to refuse orders to locations where delivery is impractical, extremely delayed, or where high customs risk exists. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order based on destination.
Processing Time

Order Preparation:
Each piece of art is printed on demand to ensure the highest quality.
Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. -
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Once your order is printed, packaged, and handed to the carrier, you will receive a second email with shipping confirmation and tracking details (if applicable). -
Holiday and Peak Seasons:
During holiday seasons or promotional events, production times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times and will keep you informed if any delays occur.

We offer several shipping options, depending on your location and preference:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight and size of the artwork.

Any shipping promotions (such as free shipping over a certain amount) will be clearly displayed on the website and automatically applied if eligible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to your address.

Delivery and Receipt of Goods

Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. -
Signature on Delivery:
For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available, the courier may leave a notice for rescheduling or pickup. -
Missed Deliveries:
If a package is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to sign, wrong address), we can arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. -
Package Loss or Delay:
If your order appears significantly delayed, please first check the tracking status and allow a reasonable grace period for delivery. If you believe your package is lost, contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund according to our policies.
Shipping Damage
We carefully package all prints to ensure safe delivery, but damage during transit can occasionally occur.
If your item arrives damaged:

After verifying the damage, we will offer you:

A replacement at no extra cost

We may file a claim with the carrier and use your photos as supporting evidence. Therefore, please retain the damaged item and packaging until instructed otherwise.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Customs Fees:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other associated charges that may be applied by your country’s customs office. -
Delays Due to Customs:
Customs inspections can occasionally delay the delivery of your order. Axis Art Shop is not responsible for such delays.
Tip:
Check with your local customs office to understand possible charges before placing an international order.
Address Changes and Order Modifications
Because we process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, address changes or order modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window, especially once production begins.
Please double-check your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If you refuse delivery of a package without cause, or fail to claim a package that has been held by the courier for an extended period, your order may be returned to Axis Art Shop.
In such cases:

You may be responsible for return shipping costs and re-delivery charges.

Refunds may be reduced by any shipping costs incurred.
